#1. Wide-Grip Chin Ups
Wide grip chins up aren’t as popular today as they were back in the day – back when Ric Drasin, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Ken Waller used to perform them on a regular basis. Today, we’re a lot more focused on lateral pulldowns, making this exercise more and more obsolete.
But wide grip chin ups coupled with bench presses make for a fantastic superset. You’ll hit antagonistic muscle groups, similar to working the bis and tris.
