The world is always shifting, always changing, and there isn’t a whole lot we can do about it, right? Most of the time, we simply stand idly by, watching as the world around us evolves and transforms, and it’s all we can do just to keep up with the times.
But if we want to be able to affect true change, we have to be able to stand up for what we believe in. So, the real question is: what do you believe in?

Gyms used to be different places. They were once places for you to come and work hard. Period. No excuse making, no griping, no checking your phone, no Twitter or Instagram, no TVs to watch while you casually strolled on a treadmill.
But there’s been a huge shift in recent years that has turned gyms from the hard work establishments they once were to something totally different. Today, gyms are little better than feel-good establishments supporting shallow values and ‘get fit quick’ routes to living healthier lifestyles.
Being fit and healthy isn’t a one stop shop. It’s not a once a week trip to the gym where you can check your Facebook notifications in between ‘sets.’ A gym is a place for hard work, perseverance, and dedication.
