So, should you walk or run for the best fat blasting benefits? Well, a recent study conducted by cardiologist, James O’Keefe, from Saint Luke’s Mid American Heart Institute in Kansas, discovered that walking is actually more beneficial for your overall health!
Now, we’re talking about long term, lifelong health benefits, here. A similar study in Dublin, Ireland, revealed that people who run over 25 miles a week have no mortality benefit in comparison to sedentary individuals.
Milder, gentler exercises, like swimming, yoga, and walking, actually have more long term benefits for the brain and body.
