1. Eat Six Meals Per Day
The more frequently you consume food, the more opportunities your body has to store glycogen in your muscles. For example, if you eat 300 grams of carbs a day over the course of three meals, your body will digest 100 grams of carbs at a time, placing some in your muscle glycogen stores, and some in your body fat stores.

But when you eat the same amount of carbs over double the number of meals, more carbs will go into muscle glycogen than fat deposits.
