If you really want gains, you’re going to have to alter your approach to training a little. A mistake many beginners make is overemphasis on their gym training, rather than focusing on what they put into their bodies.
If you want to gain muscle and bulk, you’ll need to make eating a priority. Aim to eat 5 to 6 meals a day, well spaced, with a good amount of protein included in each meal.
