Examples of great exercises that target the abdominal wall are: Russian Twists, Spiderman Planks, and Flutter Kicks. You should also include cardiovascular exercises like cycling, running, and the elliptical machine to help expedite the fat burning process.

#1. The Roll Plank
Start from a plank position with your body supported by your forearms. Your arms are not to be facing out but one hand should be close to the elbow of the opposite arm.
Now, raise one of your arms straight up, angling the rest of your body sideways. You are then to maintain this position for a set period of time (30 seconds) before returning to the original position and then switching sides. Do as many reps as you can
