#1. Do You Want to Be Lean or Shredded?
Alright – now for some clarification. There IS a difference between being lean and shredded, even though the two are often used interchangeably.
Most people want to be as lean as possible, which means cutting down to 8-12% body fat for men, and 18-22% body fat for women.
But being shredded? That involves a new whole new dynamic of sacrifice. Looking shredded means men need to drop down to 4-7% body fat, and women need to drop to 12-18% body fat.
Way easier said than done.
