#1. Incline cable fly
An incline cable fly is a great way to put constant tension in the upper chest muscle fibers. This is an isolating exercise that is great to use after your heavier compound movements.

Set the pulleys at their lowest level and place the bench at a 45 degree incline. With a handle in each hand, lie on the bench and bring your arms together with a slight bend in the elbows.

Perform 3-5 sets of 6-12 reps.
