#1. Batwing Row
This variant on the standard row will do incredible things for your upper body strength and your posture. It takes up the rhomboids and teaches them to fire properly, as well as improving the functionality of your shoulder blades.
Approach an incline bench and get into standard incline row position. Pull your shoulders back, squeeze your shoulder blades together, then pull both dumbbells up at the same time. Drop one dumbbell down to your side, row, then return to starting position and change sides.
